RE: The Candidacy and Presidency of Donald Trump
The New York Times reports that Trump received at least $413 million from his father over decades, much of that through dubious tax dodges including outright fraud https://t.co/a2ko42gAvg

RE: The Candidacy and Presidency of Donald Trump
It hurts me just looking at how Jordan Peterson sits, with his legs crossed. OW!

It is all about the midterms right now. If the Republicans lose the House it will be an excuse for why nothing gets done for the next 2 years, no draining the swamp, no building the wall. And it will be tough then for Trump to get re-elected.

If they do win or rather, retain, the House, then the next 2 years will be what Trump is judged on.

But as far as this whole Q Anon 'drain the swamp', 'thousands of indictments', I have lost pretty much all hope that any of that will amount to anything. Certainly doesn't look like there will be high level arrests right now.

The case could be made Trump doesn't want to arrest Hillary, because if she runs again in 2020, then he is pretty much guaranteed to win re-election! Tongue

Whether Republicans maintain control over Congress or not, there will be no draining of the swamp. It's not like the swamp is partisan. After winning the election Trump said that he wasn't going to go after Hilary. Sessions certainly isn't going to take the initiative on it either. "Lock her up" is just something Trump says to fire up Republicans.

How can a person not become INCREDIBLY cynical after shit like that?

Basically a politician says a certain amount of shit to 'fire up the base', but once the base is secured, you have to secure centrists in order to win the election, and basically try to do it without alienating the 'extremists' who are pretty much guaranteed to vote for you.

And then you get shit like Q Anon telling you "Just ignore that stuff he said, behind the scenes it is happening, honest!"

Some of that stuff comes across as a WWE villain.

But he is right about the caravans having malicious intent.

There was an internet repost recently where someone speculated that race mixing is being promoted because 'they' have bio-weapons, and if they don't get people to mix, then they can't use the bio-weapons (i.e. because they share a lot of the DNA with the people of western Europe and America). But if they can get the next generation to mix with people from the Middle East, and Africa and elsewhere...

Any way, that is conjecture, and some pretty dark stuff, but not something I would put past the elites AT ALL.

this doesn't really make sense as if they have the capability to target races genetically, they can do so with diff. races

the more likely scenario is they want everyone to be BROWN so they will be the few "white demigods" on earth

But... If they are a (((subset))) of white, like you claim, EY, then they won't want to use the white bioweapon, too much chance for collateral damage, right? But if they get other whites to mix with Middle Eastern, African and even Asian, they can use THOSE bioweapons.

Just something I heard, and definitely wouldn't put it past the elites. As with most things they do, I believe they have multiple reasons for the strategies they pursue.

Quote:Trump Administration Considering Major Afghanistan Drawdown

First troops could return home as soon as January

https://news.antiwar.com/2018/12/20/trum...-drawdown/

Fresh off the announcement of a US military withdrawal from Syria, officials are saying that the Trump Administration is actively considering a major drawdown of US troops from Afghanistan, potentially starting in the next few weeks.

Details are still emerging on this discussion, but the recent struggles of the Afghan War have been very well publicized, and the Taliban’s negotiations with the US has centered on them wanting the US to withdraw under any peace deal.

With the August 2017 escalation in Afghanistan having gone poorly, there have been reports for months of the administration changing direction. The Pentagon had been pushing hard against a drawdown, however, trying to emphasize the large death tolls in Afghanistan as a sign of progress.

But the drawdown could be coming very soon, according to officials. They say that the first US troops could be returning home as soon as January. Though official troop levels aren’t well documented anymore, there are an estimated 14,000 US troops in Afghanistan.

Mattis is out, and Blackwater is back: ‘We are coming’
[Image: 7d311b08-7c31-4b42-afdb-14bb556f37cf.png]
Quote:Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis is out.

Mattis' resignation comes amid news that President Donald Trump has directed the drawdown of 2,000 U.S. forces in Syria, and 7,000 U.S. forces from Afghanistan, a U.S. official confirmed to Military Times, a story first reported by the Wall Street Journal.

This month, in the January/February print issue of the gun and hunting magazine “Recoil," the former contractor security firm Blackwater USA published a full-page ad, in all black with a simple message: “We are coming.”

Is the war in Afghanistan — and possibly elsewhere ― about to be privatized?

If Blackwater returns, it would be the return of a private security contractor that was banned from Iraq, but re-branded and never really went away. By 2016 Blackwater had been re-named and restructured several times, and was known at the time as Constellis Group, when it was purchased by the Apollo Holdings Group. Reuters reported earlier this year that Apollo had put Constellis up for sale, but in June the sale was put on hold.

A representative for Constellis told Military Times late Friday that while it had acquired the former Blackwater training center in the 2016 purchase, it has no affiliation with the former security firm. It did not retain Blackwater’s founder and former CEO Erik Prince and has no current connection to him, or the firm’s former management structure.

The Recoil ad suggests Blackwater is making a resurgence on its own, but it was not clear in what form. The public affairs firm that handles Prince’s media engagements told Military Times Friday that he would not be able to speak beyond what was in the media “at this stage.”

Prince has courted President Donald Trump’s administration since he took office with the idea that the now 17-year Afghan War will never be won by a traditional military campaign. Prince has also argued that the logistical footprint required to support that now multi-trillion dollar endeavor has become too burdensome. Over the summer and into this fall Prince has engaged heavily with the media to promote the privatization; particularly as the Trump administration’s new South Asia Strategy, which was crafted with Mattis, passed the one-year mark.
