MSM says Russia & Ukraine agree to truce

Which is strange, considering that Russia was never at war with the Ukraine. Then the same article that says they've agreed, then says Russia has not confirmed.

Ukraine announces ceasefire, but Russia refuses to confirm

Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko has announced he and Russian president Vladimir Putin have agreed to a ceasefire in fighting engulfing the east of the ex-Soviet state, however the Kremlin has hosed down the claims.

Mr Putin and Mr Poroshenko held a telephone exchange "that resulted in an agreement for a permanent ceasefire in Donbass (eastern Ukraine)," the Ukrainian president's office initially said in a statement.,/p>

"Mutual understanding was achieved concerning the steps which will enable the establishment of peace."

The statement was later watered down to say the conversation resulted in an “agreement on a cease-fire regime.”

A Kremlin spokesman said Mr Putin had not agreed to a ceasefire, as Russia was not technically a combatant in the Ukraine conflict.

This look actually reminds me of Old Hemp, the Patriarch of the Border Collie dog breed.



Before Old Hemp, it was routine for collies and other herding dogs to growl, bark, and bite the sheep in order to keep them in line. Not Old Hemp, he did things his own way.

Old Hemp would fix the sheep with an intense and unwavering stare. Old Hemp's intense stare unmanned the sheep and they fell in line with where ever he wanted them to go, whatever he wanted them to do.
