Scoop McTroll's NYE Podcasts
There were a total of 3 Fightsport New Year's Eve Podcasts were made, in the years 2005, 2009 and 2011.

Each show was made completely by one person only, including voices and audio mixing and editing.

The 2005 podcast gained notoriety within the online MMA community and excerpts were replayed on Sherdog radio several years later. Unfortunately I do not have a copy of this show Sad , although i'm told it can be found on various mma trackers. If anyone has a copy, please send it to me.

The 2009 podcast was slightly shorter, it was made on an extremely tight deadline and I personally was not as happy with the result as I was with the 2005 show. It had it's moments though and received good fedback. The interviews with Dana White and Kirik are probably the parts i'm happiest with.

The 2011 show was an attempt to step things up a notch production-wise, and return to the 2005 format. The feedback I recieved from this was okay, but not great. Nonetheless I am personally happy to wind up the trinity with this show as the final part.

I'm just trying to figure this shit out like you are.

I don't have the 2005 podcast but I do remember some of it. The f*g with a gut joke . also some old school guys like Rainbowthief would write blog entries that Scoop would read using different voices that matched their online personas.

Redneck, that was me that helped you fix your avatar at FS that morning. Why don't you just ask around over there. I bet one of those guys might still have it. Fatty wouldn't give it to me just on general principle, maybe you'd have better luck?

Cool man, Tape Lord told me that he has it, but I haven't followed up on it in a while. That Jordan Breen dude at Sherdog probably has it also, he played parts on his show once and talked about it.

CTsar, Rainbowthief contributed the Robin Patterson fight predictions text, and Patterson's voice and Tape Lords voice were digital, non-human. RT knew of an early online text to voice website and it did the job perfectly.

I'm just trying to figure this shit out like you are.

Any news on the 2005 version? I would really like to get a copy if it exists.

Did anyone listen to the 2011 version?

Can't believe it's been over 3 years since I did that.
