All of the more well known MMA news sites are too scared to run stories that will infuriate ZUFFA. Jones is off-limits and the media are well aware of that.

In 2012 when he crashed his car and was charged with DUI, a lot of the MMA media knew about it before the mainstream news had reported it. None of them would break the story out of fear of losing their UFC press credentials. Finally, someone anonymously posted it on a forum and then it was okay for the MMA media to mention it.

Bloodstain Lane was fed the information by someone who did not want to be known as the source of the leak.
