PC Nazis say TV ad promotes bestiality
'Bestiality' ad slammed by mums

A prominent US conservative advocacy group has slammed a new insurance company advertisement featuring a pig on a date with a woman as promoting bestiality.

The 30-second GEICO commercial shows new company mascot Maxwell, a talking pig, in a broken-down topless convertible with a woman.

Maxwell uses his mobile GEICO application to quickly find a tow truck and then brushes off woman's advances when she says, "So that means we won't be stuck up here for hours, with nothing to do?"

One Million Moms, a conservative advocacy group which aims to protect children from the "trash in today's media", posted on its website that GEICO "does not have our children's best interest in mind".

"(The pig ad) was just a pretty sleazy type of commercial because the girl was really disappointed when she realised they wouldn't be able to pass the time alone together," One Million Moms director Monica Cole told ABC News.

She said GEICO had also promoted bestiality in another recent ad which featured a bridesmaid flirting with a gecko.

August 29, 2012: A Skittles ad aired in the US which shows a mother kissing a walrus has been slammed by an advocacy group, who say it promotes bestiality.

"Kids are drawn to animals - that's normal, animals are cute," Ms Cole said.

"And it may be over their heads in term of understanding the meaning behind it, but there's a big concern when kids are being desensitised to this kind of thing."

One Million Moms responds to complaints from its members by conducting research and then taking action.

"We let (GEICO) know that our subscribers are concerned about the commercial and that we would like them to pull it immediately," Ms Cole said.

"We have thousands of mums contact them as well so there is strength in numbers."

But she said GEICO was yet to respond to their complaints.

A Volkswagen TV commercial set to air during the Super Bowl has ignited claims of racism with one critic branding it "like blackface with voices".

The company also hasn't responded to requests for a comment, ABC News reported.

Last year, One Million Moms also campaigned against a "disgusting" Skittles ad which showed a young woman passionately kissing a walrus.

At the time, the group posted that the commercial was "taking lightly the act of bestiality".

It's funny what sets these lobby groups off, like, its okay to have cartoons that show regularly shows a woman being intimate with a dog, but god help you if you have a pig sitting in a car with a woman.

I'm just trying to figure this shit out like you are.

the Geico CM isn't too bad.. It's certainly not GOOD, but it's not a high priority problem.

bestiality is very rare and uncommon.

I have no doubt that people's morals and values are slowly eroded by the way things are presented by the media, in fact I know this for a fact. However, anyone that would genuinely believe that the ad would make children want to have sex with pigs, is far sicker than the people who made the ad.

That VW superbowl ad is another example of PC craziness, it's not racist because a Jaimacian accent is the same, whether its a white, brown, black or yellow person.

Political Correctness is a thinly veiled form of facism, designed to tell people what they are, and are not, allowed to think.

I agree. there is no way that ad is going to influence kids to have sex with pigs.. however I think the ad is basically hinting at the idea that they are going to 'get it on' later LOL.

Example #1642467 of bitches going crazy and getting upset over nonsense.

This is why women should not be allowed the right to vote.

I like the idea of one million moms but they should be targeting more crucial issues.

RE: PC Nazis say TV ad promotes bestiality
If they are going to target a skittles ad, they should have targeted the one that takes place next to a pool, clearly targeted at 12-13 years or younger. During the commerical, the camera passes 2-3 random bikini girls in their late teens early 20's. That ad clearly promoted sex in a discreet way, unfortunately too discreetly for these women to pick up on it.

Does anybody know what ad I am talking about? I'm looking for a pic or video but can't find one.

I guess it didn't matter whether we elected Clinton or Trump.

^ yes that is subliminal advertising. I know which one you are talking about.

it's pretty evil. i'm still doubtful if inserting the word "sex" in a subliminal way works though.

^ I think there needs to be something physical to stimulate the subconscious.

^ I agree. I think far more potent are the "one eye" symbols and the pyramidal ones.

the one eye looks "tricky"

while the pyramid is associated with pagan anti-christianity..
