yeah. Evil is much slicker than Good.

Good is good in the same way... but Evil has 1000s of diff. faces and masks.

I do think people on this forum understand evil.. but some just try not to think about it. it' snot fun to think there are people amongst us who are truly evil and psychopathic.

in a way I do think you need some of these traits to be materially successful in the modern world.

Scientific Intelligence is equated with lucifer or prometheus... when man discovered fire (as given to them by Prometheus) he could manipulate his environment and go against the natural order.

Science is itself in a way a war against God/nature.. it doesnt' have to be, but in its current state it is.

modern scientists seek to understand the mind of god.. they often say this phrase as well.

finding the "god particle" blah blah blah.

Frank Miller confirms the pagan origins of Marvel and DC superheroes:

Quote:“Think of the ancient gods, which is really where these characters all come from,” Miller wrote, pointing out Jews had a hand in creating Spider-Man, Batman and Captain America. “It’s really strange that a bunch of American Jews imitated a bunch of greek heroes to create the new superhero. … Keep in mind that Superman was the first of the superheroes, he even pre-dated Batman, he was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Schuster in Ohio, and as time went by they changed Superman accordingly. He started out as a what the Jews call a Golem, a product of the earth who would bring the leaders of warring forces face to face and make them then and there, in the trenches, face each other. And thereby diffuse a war that was happening. Along came WWII, everybody was wearing a flag, and Superman hoisted the flag.”

There is a book that is all about this, I just can't recall it's name. But the Marvel and DC super heroes are all based on the same archetypes that the Ancient Greek Gods were based on.

I'm just trying to figure this shit out like you are.
