mid to late 1990s rave was the best scene.

Very free no camera phones

The dot com tards and the autism they spread kind of muted the scene steadily since 2000.

clubs are mostly a shit show today as people cannot let go due to camera phones or image issues.

Also the men are afraid to talk to women.

I haven't been to a club since the late '90s. Since the 2000s, I've preferred live music in dive bars or outdoor concerts.

I count bars with live music as clubs too.

it's amazing how important music is for people.. they work all week to listen to music on the weekends

the importance is not fully consciously realized
