Exactly, EY. "White" -as applied to humans, isn't a literal meaning. There are other very obvious physical differences that separate whites from coloreds and most specifically -sub-Saharan blacks. And, worst of all, are the specific sub-Saharan black that are descendants in America. Those are from genetically-selected lines of breeding that came about during slave times -the biggest, strongest and most brainless males and the fattest child-bearing females. They have been allowed to procreate and every subsequent generation of them has carried on the same, mentally retarded form. It's a distinctive look. Even the most sun tanned white people still look white. And even the lightest skinned blacks still look black. There are always micro-exceptions on a scale of billions of people, of course.

This is a very rare genetic condition, which causes lack of melanin, and White people have the fairest skin.

it has nothing to do with every race being able to create white people.

the asian examples would not pass as white by any measure.

their features are very asian.. and would look more like a central asian with blonde hair.

Indians (dot not feather) are Caucasians so it's not surprising that an albino Indian would look White. But you could still tell that something is off. See, for example, this family of albino Indians.

Also Albino's often times have RED EYES.
