It would be a great strategic disaster for Russia since finland is right there on their shared northern border (with land that belonged to Finland and lost to Russia in 1940). And Sweden in behind Finland and a rich modern country and well armed??!## and the Finns gave the then Soviet Union a hard time when the Soviets invaded in 1940? The Finns and the Swedes have a military that have militaries are well versed and we'll equipped in winter warfare???!##

Really the whole reason NATO even exists is because of Russia. Russia is NATO's best recruiter.

Nobody is "using" the Ukranians. They want to fight for their land and don't want anything to do with Russian rule. They ask for weapons for their fight. We supply weapons like we did to the Soviets in WWII.
