Of course, no explanation is offered as to why the board would be "phonies" if they accepted a bid substantially over the previous market price.

I don't trust Musk and I don't see him as the voice of the litlle guy that many patriot types tend to see him as now.

The guy is very smart but he is also cunning, he's deliberately made Bitcoin crash and spike in the past by making comments about it, and then he buys or sells it to make a profit.

I tend to think that he only purchased 9% of Twitter so he could fuck with the share price. If he sold his 9% today he would walk away with a huge profit.

His "offer" is interesting though, if people refuse to accept it then then he can dump his stock and cause Twitter to lose a fortune.
