If they did, wouldn't it be sort of revenge for the opium wars? China is an ancient country and Chinese memory is long.

I have a hard time imagining the Chinese getting too broke up over the flood of opioids into Western societies.

you could say they are wiping out the homeless with fentanyl and just blaming China

Fentanyl has medical uses.. it's an official painkiller.

How could you blame China for exporting the raw material?

It's up to you USA to stop these shipments or ban it. or sanction china over this.
