these 20 year old literally look like they've been through a lifetime of Trauma
they look VERY TIRED

millenials had a very immature young energy

GEN Z are very old souls.

Social media makes them cynical, jaded and overstimulated. They are tired on the inside so they look tired on the outside.

Our generation truly looked forward to the future. The future where they would be cool high tech stuff in the real world (with impressive stylistics to boost).

Their generation is looking forward to better virtual tech. Better screens, better graphics so you don't have to use your imagination.

These losers have poor imagination and so they are miserable. "Healthy" junk food and drugs are not gonna help them with that.

I would prescribe them little to no internet for a year, long walks out in nature (without a smart device) and reading cool adventure books.

But they would instead choose to see the world thru their phone.

Yes that is a lot of the reason.
I also think something has happened to them on some biological level, possibly with vaccines.

I will say though not all are losers.. many are very mature and spiritually awakened. they just look REALLY OLD

Those who know, know! Big Grin

i know for a fact that the thresholds for adequate vitamin levels have been pushed back somewhere in the 00/2010

So where in 99 a vitamin D level of 60 was considered healthy (just a hypothetical number)

In 2021 they would consider 50 as healthy and 40 as problematic

Vitamins play a HUUUUUUUGGGGGGEEEEE part in your welbeing and functioning of the human body and endocrine system.

To low on D's? you will feel depressed, get strange thoughts and low energy. Low on B's? Muscle spasms, bad concentration and pain in joints etc.

This goes for all your vitamins levels

People often underestimate the importance of keeping your vitamins on point

Quote:In my practice, and in most, it is not uncommon to see a vitamin D level less than 20. When that happens, we tell the patient that they are deficient and recommend fairly aggressive replenishment, as well as ongoing supplementation. The majority of folks have a level between 20 and 40, in my experience, and this is corroborated by the IOM’s findings in that 2010 report.

But in 2011, the respected Endocrine Society issued a report urging a much, much higher minimum blood level of vitamin D. At that time, their experts concluded: "Based on all the evidence, at a minimum, we recommend vitamin D levels of 30 ng/mL, and because of the vagaries of some of the assays, to guarantee sufficiency, we recommend between 40 and 60 ng/mL for both children and adults."
