You can personally not like his music, but you can't really deny his talent.
He's been relevant and front and center for almost 20 years.

It's a certain style of music.
Like techno is just the same beats going over and over again, but there is an art to it.
Kanye is pushing the envelope in this genre.
it's minimal production and autotune is a staple now in the genre.
he is a horrible natural singer though, so he needs the autotune
