RE: Potential 4 RE MARKET COLLAPSE AGAIN!?!
^the rural sprawl of America......small towns within reasonable driving distance of 'the City'..peasants demanding their "patch-of-grass" which instead could live the convenient Small-Footprint Condo Life and their offspring would probably actually be better for it having access to museums, parks, libraries cafes and other REAL CITY communal perks instead of the small town park of rusted equipment where the Todd's hangout or the Corner Convenience store where Beavis and Butthead get their Nachos

Which person consumes more resources?
The one who grows their own food in the garden, and cans their own vegetables. Or the city dweller who needs to have the newest iPhone every two years??

RE: Potential 4 RE MARKET COLLAPSE AGAIN!?!
^a lot of city dwellers shop at the 2nd-hand Shops like the GoodWill stores where you can get some great treasures for a thrifty bargain!

and unlike the Rural-Sprawl MULTI-CAR MiniVan Latest Ithing PhoneAddict Karens texting away as she's taking her BORED offspring to the MEGA-MART while Hubby is out purchasing a NEW GUN with his TrumpCheck.......the Urban Village is full of vibrant balcony gardens while their occupants bicycle to the market or cafe and their offspring enjoy the multitude of recreational offerings!
