I've been watching Tennis lately and enjoying how much the crowds in tennis events remind me of PRIDE FC. The Japanese fans are as classy as in a grand slam event in the west, but in a combat sport with the most violent ruleset you will ever see. It was an aswesome combo.

there was a martial arts tradition/ritual angle that I enjoyed.
it was greater than the olympics in its heyday imo
