RE: 1960 Avg. INcome - 5,315 House cost 12,700
basically it would be like a house costing 160K today based on avg. household income of 80K. It's around 300K
so yeah.. this is what asset inflation looks like a lot of this happened after the 2008 crash. they hid a lot of the inflation in stocks and real estate |

It's started happening when the US got off the gold standard. 2000 and 2008 put it into overdrive.

you're out of touch. Most American real estate is actually very affordable outside the metro cities.
the living standards haven't changed that much. 160K would get a very nice house in Houston Texas for example. just don't go to Austin. |

i compared averages to averages.
the places where the homes are 160K work around there will not give you household income of 80K generally |

DECADES of technological investments should have given everyone a significant boost to standard of living. Those gains were not realized due to the interference of globalist powers in our government and financial institutions. And it's even worse than the official inflation numbers indicate due to how they change what's in the basket of goods they use to calculate the consumer price index. A mcdonalds burger of 1955 should not be equal to a 2021 mcdonalds burger. A chicken breast of today is not comparable to what you'd be eating in the 60s Etc Over time that basket of goods will change to represent the bare minimum of shitty low quality goods, and they'll tell us that everything is OK because inflation is only 1% Our progress was stolen from us, so now we are expected to eat shit to make up the difference. They've already begun the campaign to make bugs more palatable for western tastes. |

One of the few things which have deflated in price but increased in quality is consumer electronics.
