yeah it's healthy, but I think with the peloton it's stress free on your joints
whereas with jump rope there is some manual stress due to repeated compression motion |

We were designed to walk/run/jump/climb. most modern humans spend their day in a sitting position. Peloton as a fitness method is simply an extension of that sitting condition.
