small wedding and funerals still ok.

More testing, more cases. Especially if you're using a unreliable test, which they are.

Spikes in repository illnesses are expected in cold & flu season. Plus they're counting all of increased cases of bacterial pneumonia from people drinking stagnant water left in pipes in shuttered businesses, then there is the failing municipal water supply systems in America (Flint was just the first of many), not to mention an uptick in bacterial pneumonia & Legionnaire's disease from people working in masks 10 hours a day.
