You've said yourself the polls are rigged. You especially know a poll from CNN is not going to be unbiased. You haven't forgotten 2016.

This kind of stuff is why you come off as disingenuous to the people that have been around long enough to get to know you. See... you'll do something like push this narrative that Trump is losing steam, but give yourself an out if the prediction doesn't actualize.

I said he was losing momentum.
I did not change my prediction.

I already made my prediction ages ago.

I said TRUMP was going to win and I have held by that.

I predicted these dramatics as well, noting that while Trump was comfortable they would make it dramatic and seem like a see-saw.

It is still a choice. I agree that they will make it as difficult as possible to decline, including prohibiting you from international travel, sports stadiums and concert venues.

I don't have to walk anything back.

Trump was the one that reiterated on many occassions that he wanted the military to vaccinate the population with "POWERFUL FORCE"

It's just typical trump changing his mind, or just placating his base before the elections.

also like CTsar said, it prob won't be mandatory but you won't be able to:

1) travel
2) watch any mass sporting/music event
3) get a job

so yeah not mandatory, but umm not mandatory right?
