SHRIMP'n'Grits
I made a TOP NOTCH SHRIMP'n'GRITS for dinner this evening
I believe FANCY people call it "polenta" it was a blend of various recipes with my own personal "BAMS" ![]() |

^yeah I was just throwing some Janglish in there meaning that she was working on her second helping.....
I'm not Goggins level discipline; I do allow myself to enjoy the pleasure of food and drink but I try to practice some reasonable discipline, one serving and two drinks. tonight was round-two, left-overs.........she is okawari and I am here savoring the wine and doing some reading ![]() |

it was American Style Chinese this evening. TJ's Orange Chicken with a scratch-made Bacon Fried Rice

I used this Gal's Recipe, it says "egg fried rice" but she adds American Bacon and I BAMed it up by adding a clove of garlic and some ginger which she didn't mention but I always like the ginger in the fried rice:
