^with that Oyster-Sauce/Soy-Sauce Combo it really comes out restaurant quality. She said Oyster/Soy/DarkSoy and I used Oyster/Soy/Sweet-Soy

Day Old rice...pull out of fridge, hand-break apart rice into a bowl.......have all chopped ingredients, eggs, and sauce ready and you can get a Restaurant Quality $12 Fried Rice for CHEAP!

it's going to be Viet Fresh Rolls this evening. I'll be making the peanut dipping sauce while the GF puts together the rolls.

the best fried rice is made with day old semi-long rice.

viet fresh rolls are good. the shrimp ones are amazing.
