RE: LASERS Mega-Thread
what's also interesting is that the DEMS are not condemning the known cases of ARSON

they are trying to pin this all on climate change

DEW are microwaves.

The claim by the military is that their lasers can melt cars. I am not sure what specifically that means, if that means melt them enough to disable them or kill those inside or melt the 'entire car'.

These are just two examples. Were these caused by DEWs? Can't say. Can either DEWs or lasers (neither necessarily space-based) do this to cars? In 2020, I am inclined to say yes.

^The interior of the first car caught on fire, and the paint burnt off. What is that pic supposed to prove?
The only metal that melted was aluminum which will melt in a campfire.

Without context, I can't comment on the second pic.

I am still looking for your take on the existence, capabilities and deployment of DEWS, lasers and space-based weapons.

I told you space-based lasers are impractical because of smog, dust, clouds, and/or water vapor. Most of the laser weapons are ground-based and are used to explode missiles.

I've just never been fond of an argument that suggests because something is 'improbable' (or impractical) that it is impossible.

I think they use whatever works, and most likely they are using ship-based and airplane-based platforms. But I am not ruling out space-based. Would be interesting to see a breakdown of the various pros/cons involved, for each platform.

Just curious, CR.
What's your argument/evidence for the DEW-Laser-fire theory? Just because it's a popular conspiracy topic right now among the Qanon crowd?

Q is a lot like Fox News in this case.

They don't actually originate the ideas (like they didn't originate Pizzagate). They latch on to something that conservatives are already discussing at a grassroots level.

Of the 3 main free speech forums I am a part of, only one of those sites has people that genuinely believe in Q, despite my best efforts to knock some sense into them.

But they are all talking about this.

I have long thought the use of DEW/lasers was exceptionally convenient for the 'climate change' crowd, and it is the stuff straight out of a Bond film (where lasers and space lasers seem to play a particularly prominent role), and was convinced it was highly likely to have been used to burn down Paradise CA (of course this does not rule out arson or acts of God). I was on the lookout for when a similar event would occur in North America.

There is no argument that these weapons do not exist, IMO. There is probably an argument what their level of sophistication is in 2020, and what their capabilities are, and what their primary uses are/would be.

the weapons exist, the question is if they would use it for these fires.

there is no doubt the fires are manmade at this point.

Remember the 2018 Camp Fire in California? A lot of people were blaming smart-meters catching on fire, which makes a lot more sense.

You're saying the smart meter 'goes out with a bang'?

And that 'it's a feature, not a bug'?

Wouldn't doubt it. Forced migration is a part of agenda 2030.

No more suburban, let alone rural, living.

This is why conservative sites were talking about it. Seems overwhelmingly like the conservative parts of Oregon, WA and CA get targeted.
