The black community are facing serious problems.

If those problems keep getting blamed on white people, the problems will never improve.

The biggest impact black people can make on making sure black lives matter is to first and foremost stop committing violent acts against one another.

Fighting systemic racism will have little to no effect when the moral culture is in rapid freefall.

Fix that first and then systemic racist will be a hundred times easier to fight.
