Could CV LOCKDOWN = Divorce = FLOODING Housing Market!??!
Could CV Lockdown lead to Divorce which leads to the housing market getting FLOODED with Houses because of RECORD Divorce Rates?

of course there will be some other contributing factors like how the Average American has NO $$$ saved, then added to his Credit DEBT buying MORE GUNS, excessive stock of TP & Chilibeans....then Recession Job-loss.....combined with fragile and dysfunctional Relationship FAILURE resulting from CV LOCKDOWN all leading to DIVORCE and Another FLOODED Housing Market

of course MOST relationships will end in divorce but is a more evenly distributed social condition but now we could see RECORD DIVORCE RATES happening all in a short-time resulting in more STRESS on the Economy

most relationships cannot outlive the Euphoric Expiration and once the imperfections begin to fester into annoyance, contempt will manifest and then put this volatile mix into the LOCKDOWN incubator and I predict we will see resulting RECORD DIVORCE!

most people lack the "eat bitter" discipline to endure a long-term relationship. It is that character which contributes to BOOM BUST BOOM cycle and why the average American has NO $$$ saved because he spent it all on GUNS, tard-phones, sport cars and BIG trucks

Not because of the lockdown, but because of the economic difficulties arising from the lockdown, yes.

most divorces are due to financial hardship or inequity

^your statement inspired some contemplation on this matter and I came to a conclusion that may be a skewed statistic? What percent of the 1% experience divorce? Sure Divorce among the peasantry may be 50% or more but what about the 1% how high is their divorce rate?

Since Mr. TrumPOTUS is a well known name example of WEALTH we can use his good christian marital history for data and there we can observes multiple divorce.

certainly a for better or WORSE financial hardship can be a contributing influence in divorce, especially among the peasantry, but I think it's as much to do with the end of the butterflies and the beginning of contempt.

This LOCKDOWN could be a perfect stew of Financial Hardship + Contempt resulting in EPIC DIVORCE RATES! People that no longer have that honeymoon feeling forced into LOCKDOWN and then when there's no $$$ to pay the RENT because he spent it all on GUNS to protect his chilibeans and TP against Social Collapse which will be prevented FREE OF CHARGE by BIG GOV NAT-GUARD anyway, well we can see this leading to a run for the County Court House soon as they are Open for BUSINESSTongue

RE: Could CV LOCKDOWN = Divorce = FLOODING Housing Market!??!
richer and upper class people prob tend to divorce less as many of them are MARRIAGES done to bring 2 families together

the plebs marry out of romantic love based on what they see in movies

the rich and powerful have their kids marry with kids from other rich and powerful families

^Power People cut of Royal Class Cloth may need a different categorization than "rich people" as observed by Bezos Recent Divorce and the MULTIPLE Divorce History of TrumPOTUS?

look at this HISTORIC DATA:

"Interestingly, when the recession hit in 1998, that economic change sparked an upsurge in divorce."-----

could DIVORCE be a contributing factor in ECONOMIC MALAISE? I have no doubt that there is some sneaky SYSTEM which has realized this little known data and cunningly devised a devious method to capitalize on such opportunityDodgy

NO $$$ SAVED and LOW CREDIT SCORE MAGAs vs karasu?

"It’s no surprise that your likelihood of divorce is somewhat based on your relationship with money.

Money is the leading cause of stress in a relationship, according to a survey of over 2,000 adults by SunTrust Bank. The research found that 35 percent of people named finances as the primary trouble spot with their partner.

Naturally, couples who are on the same page increase their chances of success.

The greater the mismatch between a couple’s credit scores, the more likely they are to separate within the first five years, according to research by the Federal Reserve Board."-----

I will consider a "Live together LTR = Legal Marriage" for the sake of this intellectual exercise. Of course I won't inform the GF of her potential claims for equality Tongue
