I would like to travel more in the Future but these past years I chose to put Creation of Security before Pleasure. I recognize the RISK of Growing OLD and not being able to enjoy Travel as I could have in the younger years or if at all, so instead I chose to think creatively, "the Thoreau method"

for me, I felt I would rather not get caught in the rain without an umbrella so I chose to put responsibility before "life is short OG GFM thread later"

I seem to observe that those who spend thousands on the annual vacation sure complain a lot about not having money along with their situation of indentured servitude, yet they are euphoric leading up to the vacation then miserable for much of the rest of the year but don't want to hear about saving/investing, creating financial freedom and all that because "money doesn't buy happiness, life is short GoFundMe Thread later"

I used to find that removing parenthesis helps. Now I don't know what it wants any more. Sometimes even benign small comments fail to post.

I don't think the original had any parenthesis, maybe it did, but it sure is inconvenient when one makes the effort of creating a thoughtful reply and it doesn't work
