.
That's why when people say Hillary won the popular vote I call BS on that.

the big cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York don't require IDs to vote. So you have your illegals and people voting multiple times.

RE: When Valid IDs are required.....
Don't they have electoral rolls in the USA?

In Australia we don't have to produce ID but everyone is registered by their region on an electoral roll. When you go to vote they ask your name and address and they cross you off as having voted. If you can't give them a name and address that's on the roll, then you can't vote. It also means that even if an imposter did use your name, he'd only be able to do it once.

In the USA it seems as though I could keep doing circles and coming back in to vote as many times as I wanted. Weird.

RE: When Valid IDs are required.....
it's not every state, but it's many states

I actually think they should allow INTERNET VOTING tied to ID/ Social Security

this would GREATLY increase participation and make it more democratic

If you could trust that it wouldn't be hacked, it would be a good idea.

Trouble is, that Governments, politicians, and electronic voting technology, never seems to work well together. Look at the Iowa caucus for example. Or the 2000 election.

In Australia they attempted to do the Census online and everyone had to lodge theirs on a specially made, super secure, "unhackable", Census website. It was a huge mess and the website couldn't handle the traffic. In the end, they just said, don't worry about it, and they only collected about 40% of the data. Then they blamed Chinese hackers, which was a complete lie.

So, my only concern with online voting is the potential for interference.

I'm just trying to figure this shit out like you are.
