Groundbreaking study finds death is a EUPHORIC experience
Groundbreaking study finds death is a EUPHORIC experience

It may be many people’s greatest fear, but a revolutionary new study has found that dying is actually a blissful and euphoric experience that makes people not want to come back to life.
People who momentarily depart their mortal coil before being revived are left with positive perceptions of what it’s like to pass away, according to a groundbreaking new study.

The researchers used artificial intelligence to mine a treasure trove of 158 written testimonies from people who had near-death experiences and found that positive words like ‘see’ and ‘light’ are used far more frequently than negative ones like ‘fear’ and ‘dead’.

this can be interpreted or used in both ways

to support the idea of heaven

or to support the idea of euthanasia

I believe they will push euthanasia more and more... to save MONEY on healthcare costs

the money grubbers know no limits.

RE: Groundbreaking study finds death is a EUPHORIC experience
religious people fearing death reminds me of the Santa Claus phenomena where the little one profess their great love for Santa yet the minute they meet him they begin bawling in terrorTongue

of course I understand the fear of death because no matter how much one claims to 'know' about it all, they really don't. Faith gives us Hope but Hope is not Certainty, it is hoping for the UNKNOWN.

There may be some rare few of concrete conviction but I imagine most sometimes experience a 'Doubting Thomas' sitting on their shoulder now and thenAngel

"the money grubbers know no limits"-----and this is WELL KNOWN and reading it made me chuckle Tongue

perhaps advances in technology will lead to less need for euthanasia....Nanobots, robotic prosthetics which connect to nervous system and grow skin, merging of man/machine technology and all that.......

RE: Groundbreaking study finds death is a EUPHORIC experience
i don't get this whole race for AI or singularity thing

Guns, Nukes etc. can already overtake all human muscle or hand to hand combat

that is when technology could really supplant human power

Humans should be measured based on what humans can do

Usain Bolt cannot outrun a Tesla. or even a rabbit.. but he's the fastest human and that's why we are interested.

No MMA fighter can even beat a musket or even a primitive battle bot in a fight.. yet we are still interested to see who the best flesh and bone fighter is.

Humanity is interested in what is humanly possible.. and that fascinates us.

the whole western model of unlimited growth, u gotta keep growing is cancerous.

this has to stop... western society has disrupted the natural order , and I think people are finally starting to realize it's entirely unsustainable.

I have seen interviews with people that died and were revived, and many of them said the same thing. They claimed that they could see themselves being worked on by paramedics or doctors, and that they felt very peaceful and with no pain, then suddenly they were brought back to life and they were sucked back into their body, and they felt pain and anguish again.

The body does release DMT when it thinks you are dying, which would explain the sense of Euphoria. These people could all be hallucinating on DMT and not really offering any evidence of an afterlife.

I'm just trying to figure this shit out like you are.

"Dr. Alan Ross Hugenot talks about his near-death experience and how he ended up being a medium. He explains the nature and capabilities of our consciousness, and why science has to change its viewpoint to really understand it."

Heaven may just be a good dream that never ends.

Hell sleep paralysis that never ends.

there could be something to it.

Dreams are definitely drawing from something outside the body, hence why you can experience stuff that you have never seen or have experienced, eg new locations or flying, breathing underwater etc.

.
God has allowed a lot of people to see both heaven and hell. They appear to be very real places and some of the stories people tell scare the hell out of me. Hell is an ugly way to spend eternity. Eternity is a long damn time.
