“Indians are changing … They are increasingly becoming human beings just like us"
Hard lol @ this

In one of his weekly Facebook broadcasts on Thursday, Bolsonaro declared: “Indians are undoubtedly changing … They are increasingly becoming human beings just like us.”

The comment – in line with previous anti-indigenous statements from Brazil’s leader – drew immediate condemnation from activists who view Bolsonaro as a historic threat.

Sonia Guajajara, one of Brazil’s most prominent indigenous leaders, announced that her group, the Brazilian Indigenous People’s Association, would sue for the crime of racism.

“We, the indigenous people, the original inhabitants of this land, demand respect. Once again, Bolsonaro rips up the constitution by denying our humanity,” tweeted Guajajara.

RE: “Indians are changing … They are increasingly becoming human beings just like us"
That's a week after Bolsonaro's minister of culture published a video where he quoted Joseph Goebbels:

Speaking for six minutes in an austere tone over a somber soundtrack and with a cross to his left, Mr. Alvim presented the competition as a first step in a new era for Brazilian art that would bring about “a new and prosperous Brazilian civilization” He was attempting to reflect Mr. Bolsonaro’s pledge to reform his leftist predecessors’ cultural policies.

The secretary sparked outrage with the phrase “the Brazilian art in the next decade will be heroic, romantic, objective and free from sentimentality,” which is nearly identical to a speech delivered by Goebbels after he was named Minister of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda in 1933.

I'm sure they can't wait until they can enjoy the miseries of modern civilization wage SLAVERY and weekly visits with the therapist to get their prozac prescription refilled so that they can do it all again the next week because they will NEVER BE FREE again once their way of life knowledge has been lost and they are dependent on MegaMarts, Amazon, and Trickle Down Tongue

It did give me a chuckle though.....Duterte, Bolsonaro, Boris, Trump, Trudeau.....politics have certainly made for humorous headlines these past years Big Grin

in the above post I am of course speaking of Amazon the company and not Amazon the Eden. It is rather ironic though that these Indians to which the Amazon Eden provides for their FREE COUNTRY way of living could in a short time experience loss of culture resulting in wage/consumer-SLAVERY dependent existence on Amazon Company to provide for their needs but I'm sure Bezos is all about championing the environment Dodgy
