I have rarely seen a non-caucasoid vegan or gluten intolerant person.. RARELY

I don't think I see vegan in my future. I enjoyed a nice broccoli-cheddar soup for dinner with some baguette which I put a THICK spread of Kerry GOLD!

dairy is a regular part of the diet of Scandys and Kenyans and these peoples seem a healthy bunch! I think they consume less FLESH and instead more dairy.

One thing I've learned is that we all have different bodies. We have to find out what works best for us. I don't think everyone thrives on the same diet. Some need more plant life and some do better on higher protein diets. Finding what works best for your body is the best approach.

I believe that a certain cultural segment of the USA population is headed in that direction realizing that MORE FlimFlam won't bring long-term fulfillment and instead only leads to continued RatRace servitude.
