I have rarely seen a non-caucasoid vegan or gluten intolerant person.. RARELY

Yeah, I noticed the paleo "gurus" had turned healthful eating into a status thing when they were always emphasizing grass fed beef, eggs from free range chickens, and organic vegetables.

They almost never bothered to mention that regular beef, eggs, and veggies, while not ideal, are still orders of magnitude better than eating the Standard American Diet which includes so much sugar and processed food.

The implication was subtle but clear; if you can't afford the expensive stuff, tough luck for you, broke loser. You might as well not even bother, when, in fact, nothing could be further from the truth.

There's so often an agenda, ulterior motive and/or pathology that you have to be wary of with these people.

With vegans, it's that they love animals more than people.
Correction. They love animals more than they love themselves.

I love animals too but while I'm willing to compromise my pleasure for them by not eating meat every day, I would never compromise my health and well-being for them by eliminating meat and fish entirely because they are essential to a healthy diet.

The irony is that most of the blue zones areas with the highest human longevity eat less than a pound of meat, per person, per week (~450 grams) so vegans wouldn't have to change their diet much to turn it into a very healthy one.

Another irony is how so many of these people who think they're so superior are so cursed with obvious mental illness and lack of discernment that they can't even look in the mirror and figure out that their diet is doing them more harm than good.

They all look super unhealthy except for Jolie Janine @ 11:40 who looks hot and healthy. LOL @ them writing "extreme aging" for 22 years old. That's just trolling.

It's a status thing for sure...

white people are very into signaling status in unorthodox ways.. but i hope people are seeing through this 'specialized eating habit' garbage!!!
