a nice skinny-fat structure is the pinnacle of survival capable structure which gives a natural masculine impression also necessary to attract potential female mating interest.

well some of the lemurs were developing health problems also. Did you read that little article that I posted? so if they're revamping their facility and encouraging them to be a little more active than it can only be a good thing for the lemurs. Being a little more fit will only keep them healthier and happier. We are supposed to be lemur like in shape they're not supposed to be human like in shape, LOL.

yes I did indeed read and very much enjoy the article, it gave me a good chuckle, thank you Big Grin

Did you know? Van Damme thinks "all good Arabic food" is the key to great health

"[The] very smart Prophet Mohammed.., knew what was good [for] the body," said the Expendables star

"Steroids, very bad... Vitamins, good."

He continued, "You eat good, you sleep good. If you eat meat and chicken, maybe once a week..."

his preferred diet is actually 'Arabic food'.

"Look at the Muslims. Bread, almond, apple..."

"Read, and you discover the Muslim are lots of good thing. Very smart Prophet Muhammad(PBUH). He knew what's good for the future, about the body. So look at that. Don't ask me and, believe me, you have everything there."------

RE: FLESH eaters can rejoice!
.
“Compared to the average American diet, a vegan diet looks very healthy, especially in the short term,” says Loren Cordain, professor emeritus of health and human sciences at Colorado State University. “But in the long-term, there aren’t any clear mortality benefits, and in fact [vegan diets] may be less healthy than diets that include meat.”

It’s important to note that Cordain is one of the most high-profile proponents of Paleo-style diets, which many associate with heavy red meat consumption. (He wrote the book on Paleo, literally.) But, like most Paleo people, Cordain is not anti-plant. Instead, his research espouses a return to the diet pattern humans followed for most of our species’ existence: meats, plants, nuts and seeds, but not dairy or grains, especially those of the refined or processed variety.

He points out (and research shows) that it’s tough to adequately nourish your body with a strictly vegan menu. Iron, zinc, calcium and other essential nutrients are lacking in a vegetable-only diet.

In particular, vitamin B12—a nutrient found mainly in eggs, fish and meat, and one that supports proper cell health—is a big concern for vegans.
Research suggests upwards of 80% of vegans who do not take B12 supplements are deficient and may be at increased risk for heart disease, bone loss and other health issues as a result.

God's other creatures may disagree Tongue

and we have been eating milk, grains, carbs for a long time, THOUSANDS of years now. And we have been CAR-Creatures a very short timeWink

also just the other day I watched a CNBC youtube video about White Castle and in early America there was some distrust about the meat industry being unclean so guess what!??! MARKETING solved that small inconvenience! Yep Big Business Capitalism Manipulation doing what's best for GREED.

RE: FLESH eaters can rejoice!
Thanksgiving morning coffee and pumpkin-pie served with a TJ's liquor filled chocolate cherry wrapped in gold.........GF holds the gold wrapped cherry up to her boob nipple area and shakes making some commentary like "how about that".......

my response: "*a sighing* ugghh....it's too early"

then another morning, two krispy kreme donuts and same bawdy behavior, holding the donuts up to her boobs and giggling......shaking around and some more of the vulgar commentary.......

very low class!
