RE: What R U Doing This Weekend?
I was without bluberries so I got creative this morning and prepared a Southwestern Region style pancake using cornmeal(instead of regular flour) with diced jalapenos(instead of bluberries) and served with a bourbon maple syrup plus some sage breakfast sausage and coffee of course. The syrup I just warmed in the microwave and then add some bourbon.

as I have mentioned before I am not a vegetarian nor am I yet convinced of its miracle potential for healing though I do practice a personal habit of trying to limit my carnivorous consumption believing that practicing a reduction in FLESH consumption can lead to a better condition in the consumer farming industry.

a high-FLESH low carb diet may be good for vanity but I'm okay with an evolved low-FLESH diet yielding an average trim Big Grin

I'm probably too weak to do a cold-turkey method and instead it will be a slow, gradual evolution like a glacier. I was born a barbarian condition but maybe there is a small spark of divine enlightenment which inspires some personal evolution.

I'm not so enlightened like a Tolstoy, he had a very strong spirit which yields strong convictions and character capable to do a cold-turkey method. Maybe Tolstoy was born more advanced in spirit compared to a more average creature like myself.

RE: What R U Doing This Weekend?
well, this afternoon I enjoyed a pleasant stroll around the park. Last time I went walking there I took the usual rest on the bench and some Persian cougars boldly joined me for a chat which caused me to feel a bit anxious and I was suspicious of their intentions but I think they were just out enjoying an afternoon and having a good time. I took some pictures for them and they took some interest in my ownership of a nearby LUXURY townhome.

they were a bit aggressive in their brazen behavior and I kept a vigilant defense against their liberal conduct in engaging my companyDodgy

I was also worried the GF may stroll over to the park to check-up on me as it was getting late and I did not wish to be a rude sport abruptly leaving those good-time galsTongue

Translation: I didn't want my weight lifting girlfriend catching me talkin to some Persian honeys. That would be risky. Plus I may not even get any dinner.

to be fair, they joined me on the bench as I was peacefully enjoying a meditative moment watching the sun-set. I think they were just out having a good time enjoying a spirited afternoon and their bold engagement surprised me as it's not too often when some ladies will just come and sit down next to a good fellow on a park-bench like that

well, it's about time to retire to my book reading for the evening, perhaps pour a glass of scotch and put on some nice Autumn jazz or classical music

I hope that you all enjoyed a pleasant weekend yourselves, *cheers to you good gentlemen of this fine forum* Big Grin

Add a little beef jerky to your snack tray and you will be in good shape.

your reading area looks like a fine place for a refined gentleman of a studious nature to spend time.

those are some photos found online. They are an example of the warm and cozy cultivated reading room which I have designed as the theme for the LUXURY townhome living standard of refined gentleman expressionBig Grin

RE: What R U Doing This Weekend?
the usual weekend routine here....went to the cafe in the morning, sitting in close proximity each side of me were some lookers easy on the eyes, one side I think Taiwanese, the other Blondies, it was cozy.....I stayed so long as they did, sipping my coffee, reading my books, sneaking peaks......then I was ready to leave and some Golden Girls came to take my table and got a little touchy invading my safe-space but I did not hash-tag them for grabbing me by the arm and rubbing my back in a flirtatious gesture and just got a chuckle from them enjoying themselves and that's what I said when they jokingly told I could stay and join them and I just said "enjoy" as I went on my way.....

then went to the park for walking and reading.....I stroll, sit, read, meditate, repeat.....I'll spend an afternoon doing that. Talked with some tarts and gave their canines a petting.

now enjoying a Tarte aux Champignons while sipping a Bloody Mary and listening to some Frenchy cafe music.

and so how are you gentlemen enjoying this fine weekend?
