you're not a competitive athlete.. are you? having great cardio is useless for the avg person.

this is why I maintain a daily walking habit regardless of weather that it becomes second nature condition so that when the next GREAT DEPRESSION begins I will be prepared for riding the rails to the soup linesBig Grin
