Chuck Liddell open workout - just sad to watch
hitting the pads in slo-mo and he's still out of gas after a few mins. Should never be sanctioned to fight.

RE: Chuck Liddell open workout - just sad to watch
seems kind of phony

seems like this is a publicity stunt to make people talk about this fight

TITO went there and talked shit too

the other possibility is that CHACK is playing possum

I'm rooting for Chuck

But he probably won't win

he looks very stiff and punch drunk

The fight looked just like the training session. Except the pads were hitting back.

Chuck's style dosent translate well into old age, he relied alot on his physical attributes. Tito on the otherhand was always text book with his stand up , kept hand high, tucked his chin.
I wasn't surprised of the results at all. Tito has several fights left in him.

He looked even worse than the workout video indicated. Got off balance multiple times early just doing his regular sidestep movement. I got the feeling Tito could KO him anytime he wanted just based on the speed differential

Agreed. He was stumbling and tripping over his own feet just trying to walk laterally. His punches had nothing behind them. Even if he landed Tito would have been unphased.

I regret watching it.

Yep. His style was hands down, distance, timing -- no defense. Chucks best talent was using that Lead Hook while moving backwards. How is that going to work when you're old, sluggish and 2-steps behind?
