SCIENCE: Exercise not the best way to lose weight
this video is hilarious because they spend the whole time saying exercise is not that useful for losing eight, but fail to mention what they imply throughout the vid which is DIET

and not only that but the BIG WEIGHT-LIFTING CON has them all GAINING MORE WEIGHT which keeps them chasing that carrot!


According to my Scientific Research Heavy Weightlifting is not a significant component of turning men into Fighting-Fit soldiers and instead the fitness methods are a simple uncomplicated blend of running, hiking, swimming, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups and a typical cafeteria style diet.

the average HuskyFat StrongLifter HATES cardio and thinks it a "sissy" affair and so he only needs to lift HEAVIER weights to earn those calories to be consumed after his 20minutes with 2-to-5minutes rest periods 5X5 session and when questioned he will ALWAYS say the HuskyFat structure is not the REAL result and instead the .01% of the year Competition Weight is the REAL composition which we all know he will not suffer the misery of a week's fasting to achieve.

this is why I also smartly positioned myself to live within walking distance of daily shopping and eating activities which simulates and inspires the hunter/gather design structure.


As for people of the Orient, there are MANY which would be considered FAT if they were a non-Oriental but it is the case that they somehow manage to present a configuration which appears less repulsive to the Occidental or other non-Oriental observer which I think could be the result of tourist infatuation or lack of exposure to Oriental Peoples.


another contributing factor is a daily walking habit which helps to forge a frame which results in a even distribution of healthy fat reserves for a more pleasant "skinny-fat" result.

From my studies - it's important to do both. You do your cardio to stay in Lean attractive shape and you lift heavy once in a while to increase your testosterone (confidence/aura).

Cardio (run, walk, sex), lifting medium weights plus body weight (push-ups, pull ups, sit ups) and once or twice a week max out for the test boost.

Like EY says, Diet is the most important thing.

Just stick to chicken and jasmine rice and a steak or something carb heavy once a week and you'll be fine. No need to cook a complicated expensive meal every night.
