I have to say this show is actually pretty decent so far. It's portrays the naive rich liberals parents who raise entitled brats as the bad guys this time.

You can sign up for one month's free trial. Then cancel before the end of the month so they don't start billing you. I'm not sure if I want to give google my details though. I'm still hoping it will show up on a free site.

I'm just trying to figure this shit out like you are.

I was bored last night so I ended up taking the risk and signing up for the free trial month. I watched the entire series and found it entertaining and well made.

The last episode sets things up for another season, and judging by all the positive comments, I think the show has been a big success for Youtube.

The problem is that it's the ONLY reason I can see for Youtube red, everything else sucks. They have very few exclusive shows, and most of those are aimed at teenagers (youtube's main market I assume).

Apparently it also gives you access to Google's music library but that doesn't have much appeal to me as there are already plenty of better sites for music if you want to pay.

I don't see $12 a month value in having a subscription, especially when Netflix and Amazon have better content if you want to pay for shows.

I will probably cancel well before my month is up.

I'm just trying to figure this shit out like you are.

I just watched the first 3 episodes, it's entertaining so far. I like how they're doing Lawrence Episode / Daniel Episode. Elizabeth Shue's character keeps being mentioned, will be nice if she's brought back. She was also in the back to the future series btw.

God their library is so pathetically small and awful.

I have no idea how they hope to retain their Cobra Kai subscribers after their free trial period is over. I'll still pay for one month so hopefully the second season gets made, but I bet most nostalgic Gen Xers won't pay to watch all that nickelodeon / mtv type crap.

What a great way to end it, it was really the only way to finish the season.

People are already hyping the idea of other bad guys coming back, like the Asian guy from 2 and Terry Silver from 3.

There is also a lot of momentum for a spin-off series about Hawk.

I think the love interest Allie will have to come back at some stage, even if it's just for one episode.
