Yeah it's just theories layered on theories with a splash of impossible mathematics. None of those things they described can be observed, demonstrated or proven with repeatable experiments.

I'm talking about:

* Black Holes
* Dark Matter
* Dark Energy
* Singularities
* Gravity Waves
* Curved Space-Time
* Hologram Universe
- and a whole lot more.

Don't get me wrong, the documentary does a great job of explaining these concepts. The problem is that it's all presented as fact, not theory, not 'this is our best guess' or the truth, which is 'we just don't know'. Watch the documentary again Glimmer, it's hypotheticals built on hypotheticals.

RE: Electric Universe News
Mainstream scientists seem compelled to present these far-out theories as certainties to the public when they're anything but. We don't know that the Sun is a Nuclear Fusion reactor, we don't know the percentage of Nitrogen in Jupiter's atmosphere, we don't know that the earth has a rotating molten-iron core. How could we possibly know these things?

And if we can't know basic things about our planet, sun or immediate solar-system, how could we possibly know that way out in deep space, unfathomably far away, two supermassive black-holes were orbiting each-other, collapsed into each-other, and created a gravity wave that reverberates across the space-time continuum?

Well that is what the LIGO experiment was based on, this insane proposition that, because the universe is so large, somewhere out there, there must be two supermassive black holes collapsing into each-other and erupting. We've never actually observed a Black-Hole and don't need to know when or where that is happening, just take it as a given that it is. Now we're going to take billions of dollars to build an man massive facilities that detect small disruptions in a near-vacuum. Then we're going to monitor it 24/7 for years on end, and when two different facilities show the same wave pattern, no matter how briefly, and not necessarily at the same time or amplitude, we're going to claim victory and announce that we've detected this signal of two-supermassive black-holes merging and proven the existence of gravity waves. Our investors will be happy that their billions were well spent, and we can reassure the public that this is all settled science.

^ Did anyone follow that?

It's so bogus I don't know how they could possibly be getting investors to put down those large sums of money.
These facilities like CERN and LIGO must have a hidden purpose.

Well, it is usually funded with public debt, isn' it?

Any political project can get the go ahead, with sufficient money set aside for kickbacks.

That's exactly what I want to know. I need to look into it more. These projects are basically accomplishing nothing because their results are not repeatable. They get like 100,000 FALSE and 1 TRUE and claim victory.

I'm pondering if this entire scientific paradigm doesn't have some occult black-magic agenda behind it.

yeah not a surprise they would claim 96% percent of the universe is comprised of DARK energy and DARK matter

What does NASA do with the Billions they get every year? We can't even go to the moon lol

Waste of money

RE: Electric Universe News
Those stupid LIGO facilities cost $1.1 Billion, and what did they produce after 5 years of capturing data 24/7?

A 10th of a second of waveforms that look like eachother, but captured at different times, and that don't line up perfectly.

Supposed Proof of Gravity Waves

[Image: ligo20160211a.jpg?1455158181]

With this, they conclude that this signal came from a brief moment that two supermassive blackholes merging into one, but they can't say when or where, just that the universe is so vast, it's probably true that it's happening somewhere. Oh and yes, now Gravity-Waves are settled Science and you're a science-denier if you dispute them. Case closed.

Even if we grant them the benefit of every doubt, that the experiment was valid, that the time-delay is fine, that the graphs line up well enough, that they didn't manipulate the data to get the result they were looking for after 5 years of failure... There is still the issue that the vaccuum tubes don't exclude neutrinos. Neutrinos coming from the Sun are passing through the sensors, beams and tubes at every moment.

I call hocus pocus on the whole thing.

yes but does electric universe theory have any mathematical models?

or proposed hypothetical models?

Yeah, standard Newtonian Physics & Lorentz Force Law.

Did you watch all the episodes of TFOTC? If i remember correctly they take you episode by episode on a steady clime to the above subjects with a scientific approach and understanding that needs some basic knowledge about physics.

i like to think i have some understanding about how the universe might work and i found it a very informative and progressive documentary about how physics should and could work on different levels etc

But maybe you are already surpassed this kind of knowledge idk

Ask for the blue pill. The rabbit hole isn't that nice
