He ate some heavy punches though!

Chutiphat Rungsawang Master Cha was born and raised in south Thailand and has a long history with the tradition of Muay Thai. He began learning Muay Thai in his village community at age 10 and one year later began competing in his hometown. Between 1987-1993, Master Cha demonstrated great success and by the age of 19, became Southernland Champion, holding the title for 4 years. He has competed in both Rajadamnoen and Lumpinee, Bangkok’s largest and most highly respected Muay Thai stadiums.

That was more exciting than the last 3 years worth of UFCs..

I love these backyard fights and now that European bareknuckle boxing

Boxer had his shirt ripped by audience member and while he looked he got headkick KOd

Thai was too used to those big gloves. Kept letting the sloppy punches hit the back of the head.

In Muay Boran fights the Thais fight with rope around their hands. Much like the size of UFC gloves. I think he was just beeing sloppy, slightly drunk and didn't give a f*ck. It's hilarious to see him bounce off the ropes wobbly and fall to the otherside. Get help standing up and just starts hands down bobbing and weaving with no f*cks to give. You gotta love that

His defense was terrible, it brings some reality to fighting though, more so than modern MMA does. Former MT champ getting dropped by haymakers and windmill punches.

Yeah i agree, based on this video i wouldn't classify him as a Muay Thai Champ. But he was just toying around hands down showing off. He did get clipped good twice haha. But the much heavier boxer also got knocked down once or twice before he went out. It's just the Thai style of fighting, nochalance, hands down and provoking. taking these riscs could also be his experience. Bottom line is still, he dropped the guy more or less at will
