This is true. However, we shouldn't look at this as strictly and East vs. West dichotomy. About 12% of the world's population live in WEIRD societies (Western Educated Industrialized Rich and Democratic). In a dysfunctional WEIRD family, the man and the woman both cast one vote on everything (democracy must always be good right?). If the two don't agree, then they just pull in opposite directions and get nowhere. In a traditional family, the man and woman understand that they are two complementary pieces with complimentary sets of powers. The man exerts more power outside of the home, but from a certain point of view the woman exerts more real power within the home.

That's not necessarily a bad thing.

If you're a man in the West, then you have to understand that your society has intentionally taken its naturally best women and systematically indoctrinated them into 3rd wave feminism. Consequently, if you have standards, there are very few available women unless you start looking for women from abroad. Plenty of alt-right influencers would be happy to use a time machine to meet women if that were a real alternative.

But yes for sure they do seem to be more drawn to women from the East in a way that raises eyebrows? Do any of them dated Westernized women of Asian ancestry?

they signed up to feminism because they bought into the darwinian paradigm of "gotta get as many girls as possible to prove my genetic worth"
the western men wanted tang without putting a ring on it, and set in motion the process that would end up with 3rd wave feminism.
PUA also promoted men toying with women's psychology which further entrenched the idea in women that men are not to be trusted.

Weak men failing to lead and failing to even accept responsibility for maintaining order is, I believe, the #1 reason for this and a host of other modern problems. However, I also believe that: essentially all historical events have multiple causes, and that the number one fallacy used while teaching history is the fallacy of the single cause. So yes "men let it happen" is the shortest accurate explanation, but far from the most complete explanation.

A major part of that failure to maintain order was allowing the decay of "enforced monogamy", this manifested itself in:

* the creation of a welfare state where the government took on the role of 'man of the house' and started supporting single mothers with tax dollars.
* no fault divorce which allowed bored housewives to capture their husband's future income and spend it riding the carousel, while the government puts a gun to the man's head forcing him to pay.
* Fathers who are totally absent, or are just limp dishrags, raising future generations of 3rd wave feminists and weak men.

For example: Chanel Miller's parents (Chinese mother, American father) actually let her pre-drink in their house, and then drove her to the drunken fraternity party that made her famous.

PUA was not a movement yet when the big events were set into motion. PUA is more of a 'symptom' than a 'cause'. PUA as we understand it is a post-Internet phenomenon, born out of message board collaboration. It takes realities of mate selection and evolutionary psychology which pre-date human civilization, and adapts them to a formulaic game plan for the modern male human.

If one were to fastidiously avoid doing anything that the PUA movement advises; normal human reproduction would be impossible. PUA techniques have been used all throughout human existence either knowingly or unknowingly by everyone regarded as "a ladies man".

I went slightly further down the rabbit hole than the casual reader, and actually paid for some private coaching. Every man who tries to learn PUA skills has a goal which is either:
(a) to get lots of women.
or
(b) to get one woman and settle down with her.

The skills used to accomplish these goals are now basically the same. A society with enforced monogamy makes goal-(b) far easier to achieve than goal-(a). Because of the decay of enforced monogamy, (b) has now become much more difficult relative to (a), and therefore, men who don't have the sills for (a) are simply becoming incels.

The guys who stay in and run the PUA movement are mostly about (a), but the people who pass through it either eventually achieve (b), or they fail and become blackpilled. Elliot Rodger (Chinese mother, British father), went straight from incel to blackpilled after a little time on the far outskirts of PUA.

PUA done right does not mean women losing trust in men. "Nice guys" who put huge amounts of effort into lying about their thirst for tang, and who eventually get more and more bitter and desperate when said tang denied to them do far more to erode women's trust in men.

there needs to be economic dependence for bonds to truly work. if you make everyone totally independent, then there are less bonds.
dad works hard for the family.. mom works hard for the family or takes care of the house. that creates the bond.
just like a human and his dog, would the bond be as strong if the dog could get all its own food, do its own thing?
this is not about master and slave.. but each providing their own individual value to the family unit or the relationship matrix.

major breakthroughs with the french revolution then the bolshevik revolution ww1/ww2
another major breakthrough with the 60's counterculture movement
the final breakthrough came with social media which basically enforced group think and superficiality as the main driver of self worth.

and for the rest of the world, it has been up to NGOs and hollywood media that is breaking up their traditional cultures.

Of all the things in PUA to get hung up over, it seems to be the negging for almost everyone. If you go too far with negging, it doesn't work as well.
