It is about half a mile high. Dubai is located near sea level.
By comparison, Mt. Everest is about 5.5 miles above sea level.

Rosicrucians formed a European secret society in the 1600’s known as “the brotherhood of R.C.” or the “Fraternity of the Rosie Cross.” According to their first manifesto in 1614, “The word R.C. should be their seal, mark and character.” Those who believe the stones are influenced by Rosicrucian thought point to the text on the capstone, which echoes the title of Thomas Paine’s famous apologia “The Age of Reason.” Paine was both a deist... and a Rosicrucian.

Since the stone wants a population of 500,000, how common is this desire among occultists or strong figures?

If they reduce the US population severely, aren't they undermining their own power base?

In the interview they say the author believes in China-style eugenics / birth control. It also says that this same person wrote a book called Common Sense Renewed by Robert Christian (published 1986).

It's a virtual guarantee that Ted Turner was involved. That's his neck of the woods, the stone alone cost the equivalent of over 500k today, and he is on record as stating the population should be kept at a certain level.

Amazingly, the Guidestones groundskeeper then examines the cube and asks onlookers, “Do you want a chip?” As the small crowd looks on he then proceeds to destroy the cube with hammer and chisel handing out pieces – an excellent metaphor/allegory for what humanity ought to do to the individual controllers of the Satanic New World Order system.

It does look like something Ted would support.

Rosicrucians aren't generally into the depopulation stuff, or anything very sinister. I wonder if the name R.C Christian, which is almost like placing bait for a CT researcher, was a red herring?
