So happy that Shogun won. He should retire.
So sad that Brown lost. Maia is painfully boring. Jacare is my favorite BJJ guy ever. |

Shogun finally thinking and fighting like a 34 year old. Basically admitted that hes semi retired in the post fight interview, no ambitions of making another run at the title. He also didnt brawl as much , when He fought ovince he was still Prides Shogun in his mind.

Vitor must be a time traveller. Same speed and weaknesses of 20 years ago. Even the way he went to the ground , lightning fast change of levels, only to Fall for an ankle pick. exactly what Sakuraba did to him.

Excellent card overall, and good to see a slav at the top of the HW division again. And now the path is clear for Ubereem to take that belt.

There wasn't that strain and tiredness in his eyes that depressed his fans. I thought this would be his going out fight, but he's only 34. We saw that he doesn't need his reckless agility (that made him so cool) if he improves his timing; fights more like a heavyweight. |

Did Vitor even throw one punch? Maybe one sprawl? I think it was a total-complete-100%-undeniable-technical-shutout-flawless-victory. Did you watch the Jacare highlight? There is a BJJ guy you can't say is passive, snakey or indirect. He just goes for it. |
