Interesting article about Putin...
...I don't no where this writer is coming from since Putin's base is solid. Even with the Russian economy down with the price of oil, the apparent feeling that his elite comrades have stolen millions for his and their benefit, the various embargoes arising from Russia's aggression in Ukraine, Crimea and other border areas, the common Russian people won't do anything to upset the apple cart. It takes a lot for them to get really riled to against the status quo.

Here's the article:

If military aggression were a reason to implement sanctions on a country, then the U.S. and NATO states wouldn't be able to trade -- period.

RE: Interesting article about Putin...
Russians don't read propaganda like Business Insider, so few are probably exposed to the points in this article, which most thinking Russians would reject as rubbish.

Putin's ratings speak to this point. Russians don't blame Putin for the problems Russia's facing, since they see the situation with the US/EU for what it is: the Globalist West deliberately trying to destroy Russia via half-baked justifications.

The sanctions also didn't arise from Russia's reaction to the American- and EU-backed violent coup events in the Ukraine; rather, Russia's response -- which, geo-politically, made complete sense -- was an excuse to implement the sanctions.

That's about as good a post as I ever seen here. Smile

RE: Interesting article about Putin...
As long as real power in the west pulls the marionette strings of the US government, Putin's Russia will never be brought back into the fold.

Again they miscalculated. While dominating small arab armies and freedom fighters militarily for 25 years and throwing away trillions on the dud F-35 & useless star wars technology... Russia was modernizing their weaponry, re-arming & rebuilding their forces.

Putin single-handedly has returned Russia to world super power status again. He has accomplished this not only militarily but socio-politically at home with great strides in economic reform from the Soviet & Yeltsin days.

As we've seen demonstrated with Putin nixing the US's first attempt at bombing Syria and UKR/Crimea crisis, America/NATO and it's controllers can do nothing to stop Putin and the new Russian democratic super power state. Russia is acting with impunity without challengers.

The west is in a much worse situation to battle Russia's threat to it's world dominance today as they can no longer use the Russian political system & the people against it's leader. Sanctions leveled by the west have only triggered a Battle Of Stalingrad-type siege mentality amongst the Russian people. As a nation and 1000+ year old culture they feel attacked by the west. Good luck trying to stir an uprising with that!

RE: Interesting article about Putin...
good post.

the people will stand by putin even if it means a lower standard of living.

the sanctions had the opposite intended effect.

one problem is though is that they have little market leverage with only a population of 130 million.

if they had say 500 million people, their market would have a lot more leverage and could be used as a geopolitical chip.

RE: Interesting article about Putin...
the best part is the dude is like

"you look offended or something."

"i am offended"

then putin ends it off with, "I'm not joking with you here."

RE: Interesting article about Putin...
This video needs to be here:

I want Trump to get in, ally with Putin, and them both to take Justin Trudeau under their wing. After NAs and Slavs buddy up, I want them to buddy up with China, and whoever else is interested.

The planet will be in the best place it's been in for a long long time, tell you what.

A man can dream.
