Looked it up.

Article says it follows the trend of the Seattle Mariners selling "toasted grasshoppers" as a gameday snack.

The grasshoppers toasted in chili lime salt were actually so popular, the baseball team had to limit orders.

This is NLP 101.

Associate something seen as "bad"(i.e. eating bugs) with something seen as "good"(i.e. saving the planet).

That's how you manipulate the human psyche.

Then create the idea of popularity and shortages and people will be fighting over it.
people laughed when I said over a year ago about "prepare for cockroach milk"

well it's already here

they are going to push this shit HARD

esp. with these contrived meat shortages
That will be big business for those cocroach farms in China.

that's not entirely correct.
It's mostly equatorial and tropical populations eat bugs.

Bug eating countries cover less than half of the world.

Bug eating is a sign of a primitive culture.

Northern Asia & Australia don't eat bugs, the bugs eat you.

East Asia does not really eat bugs.
Sure a tiny percentage of the population may eat them, but the map is inaccurate.

Go to any large city in Asia and 99.9% of the restaurants will not feature bugs on the menu. I'm talking China, Korea, Taiwan, Japan etc.
1 billion people don't eat beef.

Another 1 billion don't eat pork.

Are they wrong because of where they were born?
I went to get a drink at the gas station the other day.

They were selling small boxes of crickets to eat at the checkout counter.

Guy working the checkout said he was going to bring some home for his kids.
