Prior to the Apollo program, there were the 'Mercury Seven' astronauts, John Glenn, Wally Schirra, Gus Grissom and
Gordon Cooper who were all Scottish Rite Freemasons. Add them to the 4 Apollo Astronauts, and maybe Armstrong and Shepard as well. That's a lot of Masons for such a small group of people.
You know what they say.. Masons are bound to secrecy!

I find it hard to believe one of the most HIGH TECH countries ISRAEL is having trouble even sending a ROBOT up there, while the US sent men up there and CAME BACK in 1969
in which technology is ISRAEL 50 years behind the USA?

NONE

except for the MANNED MOON LANDING!
While I'm talking Freemasonry and Egyptian Symbolism in NASA. In Kubrick's 2001 there is a strong Masonic theme throughout.

In a nutshell, the opening scenes in 2001 are Egyptian/Masonic, the Caveman scene is survival of the fittest i.e Masonic, and the rest of the movie is about overcoming a God to become a God yourself. Text book Freemasonry.

But William Cooper says it so much better than me.

That is one theory as to why there are so many Freemason Astronauts, they become Freemasons to show that they know how to keep a secret.

Yeah, those 1960's American NASA guys, they were at least a century ahead of their time. Too bad that technology seemed to get lost after Nixon was forced to resign.

I actually wonder if the real reason he was forced to stand down was because of the Moon Landing Hoax. Maybe they panicked and thought it was all going to be exposed.
Apollo 13 also had tons of numerology related to its launch time/date etc.

Quote:The only one NASA capsule that didn’t reach the assignment was Apollo 13. This mission collapsed because of the explosion in the oxygen tank that blocked the work of the mechanism. The date of the mission was on April 17, 1970, and everything was alright during the first part of the path. After the explosion the capsule went back on the station.

Number 13 is considered to be unlucky in numerology, and we can see it on the Apollo’s 13 example. The time of propel was at 14:13 on April 11, 1970 and the sum of digits in this date makes 39 which is triple 13. In the Texas, where the launching was made, the actual time of start was 13:13.
There are actually people that try to promote Nazism (today!) by saying "Nazis took America to the Moon!"

No, what they did was film a sequal to "Frau im Mond" with cutting edge special fx, courtesy of Kubick, Trumbull and Wally Veevers, among others.

The craft they are standing next to (in the 2nd photo I posed) is allegedly the Surveyor craft. Which had landed on the Moon a few years prior, to take photos of the lunar surface (which were either used or influenced Apollo, greatly).

Now wouldn't you know it, but the way they 'visualized' the mission going was that the Apollo Lunar lander would land within about 100m of Surveyor, on the hill, and from Surveyor you would be able to see the Lander, up on the ridge.

And then they were able to pull it off exactly like that! Not 50m closer or further! WOW!
lol @ FRAU IM MOND

"There should have been more photos of this mission, however Bean accidentally left a few rolls of film on the moon. The landing was also supposed to be televised, but Bean accidentally faced the camera right at the sun, destroying it more or less immediately. Good job Bean."

How dare people suggest that big floodlight is the Sun. How dare they. I mean, suggest that what is clearly the Sun is just a big metal halide floodlight (a bunch of them, arranged in a circle, with pretty tight spacing).
I am currently watching a documentary series entitled 'Chasing The Moon' and it is the most incredible show I have ever seen on the Space Program.

It's from a completely straight perspective, no conspiracy angle, but the quality of the footage, and the video of the key players, is just amazing. I had no idea that this much had been recorded on film.

This is a must see series for anyone that is interested in the US Space Program and/or the cold war.

^ thanks for the heads up

I'm not seeing a lot of fanfare in the US regarding the moon landing

this week is the 50th anniversary.. CRICKETS!
There was the first thing I heard him my wife stupid radio alarm clock this morning

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy!

Check out this headline, from today: "Apollo 11 Astronauts Return to Launch Pad 50 Years Later"

Compare to the article: "Buzz Aldrin was an unexplained no-show"

So they had Michael Collins, who did not have to play nearly the same role in the Moon hoax, there (because he just had to claim to have been in lunar orbit around the Moon, not actually step foot on it).

They talk about how mankind did it together, and yet, ask Boomers why no one has gone back and they will say it is 'too expensive'! WHAT?? We can't crowdfund enough money to go back using funds from all over the world??
Yeah, nothing in the documentary showed anything to prove that they went to the Moon, but it did a great job of showing the political climate at the time, and what led to the Space program's funding.

OUCH!

I honestly think they told the astronauts they would only have to keep the secret for maybe 5-10 years, 15 tops.

"Until we go for real"

That is where the bitterness and paranoia of the mid-70s for Kubrick, Armstrong, Buzz (alcoholism) came from. And then the astronaut deaths started picking up again.

Remember it wasn't just the Apollo 1 crew that died in 1967. It was also Clifton C Williams, 'plane crash' (who specializes in that again), and Edward G Givens, car crash.

Swigert dies in late '82, after being elected to Congress! From a fast spreading cancer! After being elected, but before spending even 1 day in Congress!

Irwin dies in 1991, apparently after contacting one of the prominent Apollo researchers, Bill Kaysing (the first to suggest Kubrick's involvement, AFAIK).

Then, right around when Kubrick dies, Pete Conrad dies. Literally a week before the release of Eyes Wide Shut (in the case of Conrad, Kubrick's death was right after he handed over the finished cut of EWS). Motorcycle accident.

Lucky these risk-takers didn't get reckless on the way to the Moon, huh? Motorcycle accident. Plane crash. Car crash. Heart attack. Fast developing cancer. Right out of a spy thriller, TBH.
