The IOC decision against Russia is the number 1 proof of Russian doping.
The news has reported that Russian used doping, which suggests that they needed dope to win lots of medals. Now that they can't use their dope, everyone can see their weakness. They are such poor quality that Russian athletes haven't been able to even win a single medal this year for their country!
